On February 13, 2026, the LogiX Canada team gathered at Blue Quill Community League Hall in Edmonton for Abula, Nkwobi & Grills, a vibrant celebration of Nigerian food, culture, and community. As the flyer perfectly put it: food meets culture.

There is something unmistakable about an Edmonton winter night warmed by pepper soup on one side and smoky nkwobi on the other, while DJ Barry runs Afrobeats and MC Midey works the room. The energy was unmatched, and the room felt like home.

Why we showed up

The Nigerian community in Edmonton is one of the most entrepreneurial and fastest-growing communities in the city. Caterers, importers, fashion brands, freight forwarders sending barrels home, and students starting side hustles. These are exactly the people LogiX Canada was built for.
