• Account data: name, email, phone, address, role (shipper, driver, vendor, business).
• Operational data: shipments, pickups, deliveries, GPS location (drivers and active deliveries), device identifiers, app diagnostics.
• Verification data: driver licence, vehicle registration, insurance, and background-check results provided by approved verification partners.
• Payment data: processed by regulated payment providers; we store only tokenized references, never full card numbers.

• Operate the platform, match shipments with drivers, and complete deliveries.
• Verify identity and prevent fraud, abuse, or unsafe conduct.
• Provide customer support and process payments and bonuses.
• Improve product performance, safety, and reliability.
• Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations in each region.

We share information with: (a) the counterparty to your shipment (e.g., a driver sees pickup/dropoff); (b) verification, mapping, payment, and infrastructure providers under contract; and (c) authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

We operate across multiple regions. Where personal information is transferred outside your country, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for additional periods required by tax, accounting, dispute, or regulatory rules.

Depending on your region (PIPEDA in Canada, GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA, NDPR in Nigeria), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to lodge a complaint with your local regulator. Submit requests to info@lxmobility.com.

We use encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and audited cloud infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

The platform is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
