Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, mobile applications, and services operated by LX Mobility Holding Inc. ("LX Mobility", "we", "us"), including the LogiX platform and its regional brands LogiX Canada, LogiX United, LogiX UK, and LogiX NG. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Drivers, fleet operators, and business accounts are subject to additional verification.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@lxmobility.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Platform role

LX Mobility provides technology connecting shippers, drivers, vendors, and partners. We are not a freight forwarder, carrier, or moving company in every region. Each shipment, delivery, or service is performed by independent providers operating under local law.

Payments and fees

Pricing, service fees, and driver earnings are displayed at the time of booking. Promotional bonuses (such as the $150 or ₦5,000 welcome bonus) require completion of stated milestones and are subject to fraud review.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the services to ship prohibited goods, evade taxes or customs, harass other users, scrape data, or interfere with platform integrity.

Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific delivery outcomes beyond what is set out in your booking confirmation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LX Mobility's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid for the service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the event.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Regional services may also be subject to local consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
