Trust & safety

Trust is part of the journey.

Practical safeguards for customers, drivers and partners in Canada, Nigeria and the United States.

ID-verified drivers

Driver onboarding includes identity verification. Requirements for licences, vehicles and service providers depend on the market and type of work. Verification reduces risk; it is not a guarantee of every delivery outcome.

PIN + photo proof of delivery

PIN confirmation and photo proof support accountable handovers. Keep your PIN private until the recipient is ready to confirm receipt, and report a missing or damaged parcel through the regional support team.

Live tracking

Follow active deliveries and status updates through LogiX. Location updates depend on device connectivity and service type; air and sea journeys may use milestone updates rather than continuous GPS.

Secure payments

Card payments are processed through Stripe in Canada and the United States, and Paystack in Nigeria. Pricing and payment conditions are shown during booking. These safeguards are not a blanket escrow or insurance guarantee.

Data protection

Our approach is guided by PIPEDA in Canada, the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), and applicable US privacy requirements. We limit access to personal information and use it for the service, support and safety purposes described in our privacy policy.

Responsible disclosure

Found a security concern? Email a clear description and safe reproduction steps. Do not access other users’ information, disrupt services, or share sensitive data publicly. No bug bounty or response-time promise is implied.
